What is MUNISH?

MUNISH is an annual Model United Nations conference hosted by The International School of The Hague, The Netherlands. The three day conference takes place from Friday to Sunday, towards the end of October, and attracts over 1,200 high school students from around the globe. The days are filled with fun, enjoyable, yet serious debates replicating the United Nations while aspiring to the goal of global cooperation to tackle the world's pressing issues. The spirit of MUNISH can be summarised in the statement below...

MUNISH is a conference run by youth, for the youth of today to participate in, and for the youth of tomorrow to benefit from, MUNISH is the embodiment of Model United Nations. It is an admirable opportunity to draw together conscientious, committed young citizens of the world to engage in the exchange of inspiring ideas. An eclectic and international mix of Delegates, Chairs, Press Officers, and Advisors congregate at MUNISH for a weekend jam-packed with debate, hard work and fun.

Students from more than 30 schools, both local and international. Together we create the diverse and multicultural nature of MUNISH that builds bridges and helps spread knowledge.

Location
THE HAGUE

The city of peace and justice. Several international NGO's, UN bodies and embassies are located in The Hague giving the city an international identity and diverse culture.

People
STUDENTS

Student run conference so that expectations are met. The student board team knows how to make the conference fun and enjoyable for their fellow peers.
