The venue of MUNISH, The International School of the Hague, can be reached by several modes of transport. Please find advised public transport routes to reach the conference from different points of origin. Further more, there is directions to get to the City Centre and the MUNISH Party. The transportation system in the Netherlands uses an electronic ticket system called 'OV chipkaart' (OV Chip card). It is also possible to travel with your bank card. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the main international air transport hub of The Netherlands. Direct train connections are available to many major cities including The Hague and Amsterdam. The train is the fastest and most convenient way to get to The Hague.
After baggage claim and customs make your way to the central hall called 'Schiphol Plaza' where you will be able to purchase train tickets. Alternatively, taxis can be reserved on-site or before hand.

You will be able to purchase train tickets at the counters and electronic sales points located in the central hall at the airport. Please note that the Dutch name of 'The Hague' is 'Den Haag'. You can check timings on screens and charts placed nearby or online on 9292.nl (Link above). We advise you take the direct intercity trains which have the direction (Dutch: richting) 'Den Haag Centraal'. The train trip costs €8.30 per person.

The Hague Central Train Station or in Dutch, Den Haag Centraal, is the central transportation hub of The Hague, from here you can take trains to multiple cities in The Netherlands and also trams and buses into the city of Hague and its surroundings. To get to The International School of the Hague there are two options; by bus or by tram and below we present you both options.
Pickup Service: MUNISH representative (guide) will meet your school at the station. Information and conditions regarding service in Third Mailing.
The tram platform for the RandstadRail can be found elevated in the central hall of the station. You want to go to the platform for RandstadRail 3 (RR3 for short) direction (Dutch: richting) 'Loosduinen'.

The OV chip card should be scanned when entering and leaving the tram and this is to be done at the scanners inside the tram, by the doors. This tram also goes through the centrum (main shopping center) of The Hague (Tram stops: Spui, Grote Markt).

Walk from the tram stop to the venue of MUNISH.
The bus stops are located at a level above the ground floor where the trains arrive and depart. Follow signs in and around the station.

This bus also goes through the centrum (main shopping center) of The Hague (Bus stops: Centrum, Buitenhof). It is customary/required to board the bus from the front door.

The Hague Holland Spoor or in Dutch and short, Den Haag HS, is a second central transportation hub of The Hague, in contrast to the central station, more international trains arrive and depart from here. Below is a direct route from the Train Station to the venue, other options are possible and can be found here.

You want to go to the platform for RandstadRail 3 (RR3 for short) direction (Dutch: richting) 'Zoetermeer Centrum-West'.

The OV chip card should be scanned when entering and leaving the tram and this is to be done at the scanners inside the tram, by the doors. Stops 'Spui' and 'Grote Markt' bring you to the city centre. 'Grote Markt' stop will come before 'Spui' stop. The tram continues from 'Spui' to The Hague Central Train Station ('Centraal Station').
To get to The MUNISH Party at Madurodam from The Hague Central train station, there are two options; by bus or by tram. If you are staying near the Centrum of The Hague we advise taking the bus where the bus stops are indicated below.
